As Director of Redemption Marketplace Alliance, Tony utilizes a unique combination of years of ministry leadership experience coupled with his tenure as an executive in the corporate world.
His impact in the lives of entrepreneurs has been as an Advertising expert helping small to large business clients for News media companies such as The Greenville News, The St. Petersburg Times and News Channel 7 WSPA. He also utilizes his first hand knowledge as an entrepreneur from years of retailing, designing and marketing his own art and design work.
Gery Williams, Administrative Assistant to the Director is the foundation that holds RMA together. From scheduling to work directly with students, she makes multi-tasking a part of her daily routine.
She is very active at Redemption World Outreach Center as a part of the Intercessory Prayer Team and Altar ministry.
Cone begin to coming to RWOC in Oct. 2005 and became a member right away. He saw that there were areas to which he could get involved with making a difference in the lives of people. He then joined RMA and the Media Department.
Cone now serves faithfully in three ministries within the church, including Volunteer Coordinator in RMA. RWOC has greatly impacted his life, and gave him a new focus as to God's plan and purpose for his life.
Norma Latta has been a member of RWOC for almost ten years.
She is an ordained pastor, serves as an elder of the church, teaches discipleship classes and a weekly outreach bible class. She also works with the counting team and is a certified instructor and Event Coordinator for the Redemption Marketplace Alliance.
Darrell Adams, RMA Training Coordinator, has been a member of RWOC for 4 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Masters Degree in Human Resource Development and Management.
Darrell has 12+ years in training and developing people to tap into their God given potential.

John Clement, Director of Marketing, became a member of Redemption just over two years ago and soon after linked up with RMA. Because he is an entrepreneur, he felt a strong need to help other business owners learn the ins and outs of the “marketplace”.
John with his wife, Gerry, are the owners of J. Sharp Studios, a graphic and web design company in Greenville specializing in brand building, web development and marketing.
